Delete Your Account & Data

Relay (our mobile app) and the XIVG dashboard share one account. Deleting it removes your data from both.

How to request deletion

You can delete your account in either of two ways:

  • ›In the Relay app - open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm with your password. Your account and its data are removed immediately.
  • ›By email - write to hello@xivg.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We action these requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we permanently remove:

  • ›Your account profile - name, email address, and password
  • ›All chat threads and messages between you and your AI employees
  • ›Files and photos you uploaded
  • ›Login sessions and paired-device records

What we may retain

We retain billing and invoice records where we are legally required to (for example, tax records, typically up to 7 years), and anonymized, non-identifying usage logs used to keep the service running. None of the retained data can be used to identify you. Everything else is deleted within 30 days of your request.
