Install Relay
Download from the App Store. Requires an iPhone or iPad on iOS 17 or later.
Sign in & pair your companies
Open Relay and sign in with your XIVG email and password. The app automatically pairs with every company you have access to.
Not receiving notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for Relay in iOS Settings → Notifications, then sign out and back in to re-register the device.
Delete your account
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time on our account deletion page.
